UPDATED BUSINESS HOURS

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING ENQUIRY BY PHONE, EMAIL OR ONLINE.

Bookings undertaken between the hours of:

  • 3am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 3am to Mid-day Saturdays
  • Sunday - closed

Our office hours, to make advance bookings by telephone, will be open from:

  • 3am to 7pm Monday to Friday
  • 3am to Mid-day Saturdays

There may be times when your call is forwarded direct to a driver or our voicemail system.

If you wish to make, amend, cancel a booking outside of our new office hours please leave a message.
All voice mails are checked and responded to regularly.
 

Mercedes-Benz Vito People Carrier is available for bookings. New business working hours. 7 passengers max, subject to luggage requirements.

ONLINE BOOKINGS: MINIMUM 24HRS NOTICE REQUIRED.

Booking online is NOT CONMFIRMED until the request has been reviewed and availability checked. The enquiry/booking will only then be processed by either the following:

  1. ENQUIRY ACCEPTED: Availability confirmed after checking existing bookings in place. Card payment deducted and confirmation e-mail sent.
  2. ENQUIRY CANCELLED: Unable to undertake, due to existing bookings in place. No payment deducted, no booking in place. Enquiry cancelled and informed via e-mail.

For Airport Landing bookings the SCHEDULED ARRIVAL time is to be used for the flight. I can then track the correct flight.
 

AIRPORT PICK-UPS:

When booking airport return transfers, please use the given SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME of the return flight.

YOU / THE PASSENGER MUST CALL US AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT.

DO NOT TEXT MESSAGE THE NUMBER

If we do not receive a call from you / the passenger within 50 minutes of the flight landing, it will be assumed that you did not get on the flight. Your booking will be cancelled as a no-show, with NO refund.

The vehicle will be dispatched upon receiving a phone call, to confirm the allocated pick up car park, for the passengers to be collected from.

PICK-UPS & DROP OFFS:

For Multiple Pick-Ups / Drop-offs please call the office to discuss as this is not currently available online.

If a booking is made via the online service, only the pick-up point and drop-off point will be agreed to, regardless of any notes or messages.
