Booking online is NOT CONFIRMED until the request has been reviewed and availability checked during office hours.
(We check each evening. You will be notified if we are unable to accommodate you)
For Airport Landing bookings the SCHEDULED ARRIVAL time is to be used for the flight. I can then track the correct flight.
AIRPORT PICK-UPS:
When booking airport return transfers, please use the given SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME of the return flight.
YOU / THE PASSENGER MUST CALL US AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT.
DO NOT TEXT MESSAGE THE NUMBER
If we do not receive a call from you / the passenger within 50 minutes of the flight landing, it will be assumed that you did not get on the flight. Your booking will be cancelled as a no-show, with NO refund.
The vehicle will be dispatched upon receiving a phone call, to confirm the allocated pick up car park, for the passengers to be collected from.

PICK-UPS & DROP OFFS:
For Multiple Pick-Ups / Drop-offs please call the office to discuss as this is not currently available online.
If a booking is made via the online service, only the pick-up point and drop-off point will be agreed to, regardless of any notes or messages.
